Where do I input my recovery Key to get my account back? I recently had to get a new mother board and hard drive on my laptop. In the process, it wiped out my Firefox. I have reinstalled Firefox and have my previous Recovery Key to get my bookmarks passwords but can not locate where to enter the recovery key to do this. All I can seem to find is how to create a recovery key, not where to enter an already existing recovery key. Please help.

Windows 2026-02 Preview Update (KB5077241) causes Acer laptop to crash when firefox opens when computer is started. Only on this laptop, other computers are unaffected. Firefox is the newest version and like mentioned, all other computers run the same security programs and vpn. The windows update needed to be uninstalled on the Acer laptop for it to operate correctly.

Sometimes when I click on a stored bookmark all I get is a white page and no info.? when this happens I right click on the firefox icon in the taskbar and go to a new private window and after that I can get to the bookmarked site. wondering why this happens at times. I did everything, I deleted, I enabled cookies, cleared cache, but the next day the same message is repeated again. I'm tired of it because I have to retype my passwords every day and I'm close to permanently using MS Edge which serves me perfectly fine. Please give me the correct instructions on what to do to get Firefox to load my email normally again or I'm really going to quit Firefox forever.

This has been happening for years, now and means I increasingly just don't use Firefox, switching to Chrome, instead.

I have a problem trying to get the app PC Express past the sign in. The app is part of the yourindependentgrocer.ca app. I have used Firefox, Chrome and Edge and have encountered the same problem. I use Proton for my e-mail and I have used all their apps for my computer. I recently changed the start up app from judymk@protonmail.com to judymk@pm.me. I don't think this is a problem as Proton says the app should not care what protocol is used as it translates the same regardless of what app is used. I would appreciate any help with this.

The recent update changed how the mute button works in Firefox, before it would replace the icon and would show text and whatnot if it was muted or wanted to autoplay; now it just always shows the mute/unmute button in a tab playing audio. This would normally be fine but it is causing my tabs to constantly be shrinking and expanding whenever the audio changes in a tab, and it's really frustrating me and it feels like an overall far worse user interface design than it was before, even if people were complaining about it. Is there some sort of middle ground where I can set a maximum tab size or something? I know this used to be a feature in about:config but it doesn't exist anymore for some reason. I've also tried using a userChrome CSS code for it that I found online; it got rid of the button but it still made the tab size change and the code I tried using for maximum tab size also didn't affect that. Really starting to frustrate me! Please give me any advice I feel like I've exhausted all my options lol
