I would like to know what are the best Antivirus Protection to use with Firefox. Previous information is from 2011 and I would like to get more current information. Thank you

I can't delete the malware "Startfenster. I tried to find help with "Google"-Search. Without any success! This malware exists for me in "Firefox" only. Other browsers are not affected. Perhaps anyone can help me... Thank's!

Mozilla Firefox is out of order and disappears. I try to down load it, but the message says that I need to find the Firefox version for windows 8 or 7 . My computer is on windows 10. Can you help ? Thanks.

When I could still connect to IMDb with Firefox I had other problems: Many of the links within IMDb did not work. In Google Chrome everything works like it should, though.

Hi, I recently had a situation where I closed my browser, and when I opened it back up all my tabs and entire session was gone. There was no option to restore via any of the common or traditional ways. This was honestly traumatizing because I've put so much work into the setup of my tabs/folders, etc., for work purposes. SO MUCH TO LOSE. I ended up finding a partial restore deep in the files on my computer, but it missed the past 6 weeks, which I could never recover.

I'm sure I'm not alone - I've seen many, many posts and people talking about this. I think it's extremely important for Mozilla to ensure that the option of restoring browser sessions remains a reliable one, as many people have important work info, etc.

MY QUESTION: Is there a way to manually set a restore point? In other words, I was able to find the files from the browser session, saved up until 6 weeks ago, but no later than that. So, it's clearly saving sessions somewhere... I'd think it would be easy to prompt it to save at that current point in time asking it to save. Anyone know if possible and how?

Every time I try to use my camera or microphone on some websites from on firefox it says can't detect camera or microphone? It doesn't show up with the 'allow this website to access your camera/ microphone' pop up it does with other websites. I went into permissions and manually changed it myself and it said it still couldn't detect the camera/ microphone

It seems to me that recovery from backup only allows one to recover ALL bookmarks. But maybe one wants to recover only one folder, or only a few folders. Can that be done? If so, how?

Hi, The site https://fortunenette.fr/ does not display properly in Firefox on my MacBook Pro running macOS 15.7.3 (build 24G419).

The header and navigation load fine, but the biography articles and the richest people table stay blank or show only placeholders. In the Firefox Console I see these errors: Uncaught TypeError reading 'length' of undefined, mixed content blocks for HTTP resources on an HTTPS page, and several CSP violations for inline scripts.

I already cleared cache and cookies, disabled all extensions, tried Private Browsing, turned off Enhanced Tracking Protection, and changed some about:config settings like strict transport security. Nothing helped.

The site loads perfectly in Safari and Chrome on the same Mac. It happens in Firefox 147.0 and the 148.0b2 beta too.

It seems like a Gecko-specific JavaScript or rendering problem. Has anyone else run into this? Any workaround without switching browsers?

My bookmarks disappeared and I do not know why.

I have tried to restore bookmarks following the directives obtained online. Somehow this has not been successful, and this remains a giant puzzle to me.

I can see the bookmarks in Library, but I have not been successful in figuring how to transfer that listing to the Bookmarks tab at the left-sided top of the frame of the browser.
