why do I get this error page when I click on an e mail from Homedepo.com and it I type homedepot.com I get in with no problems. I tried to wipe out the cookies and I wiped out everything that made life easier and made even the easy things like signing in (or really I never had to re sign into my e mail) to my hotmail or gmail? I don't have this problem on my Linux laptop?

My selected topic "settings" actually does not really describe my tabs problem. Even though I followed instructions for entering "about:unloads" the expected webpage did not appear. All I got was the same instructions and not a page that included the table and its unload button that was said to be above it. When I select the New Page tab and right click and then select three tabs, the right-click menu only shows the option to "close three tabs." There is not an option to unload three tabs. Yikes! And when I select one tab and click on the one option to unload one tab, the selected tab does not unload. The tab does not unload. The tab does not unload. It is still there. (???) This is very frustrating! I can only close tabs. So far I can only temporarily close them. Could the problem be that I am still using Windows 10? Please advise. Thanks for reading about my problem of not being able to unload my unwanted tabs.

I've lost access to my [edited] @hotmail.com email address that is associated with this account, and I'd like to change my email address now before I'm locked it forever. This is the last computer that I have that is still logged in! It seems that to add another email address I need verification from my first email address, which I can not get. Please help! I don't know if your response to this help question will go to my Firefox account or my email, but if it goes to my lava950 email I won't receive it. I have my browser startup settings set to 'open previous windows and tabs' However, every time I start up firefox, it is on the default new window screen rather than my previous tabs. This feels frustrating as I have to reopen the tabs every time.

Would it be possible to fix this?

I can't save and download a modified PDF file.

To put it simple: I open a PDF file on Firefox; Rotate it clockwise; Open the Tools menu (»); Click Save; The saving window opens; I save the file; When I open it, the file is as at start, before rotating.

My ChatGPT page is malfunctioning.

Right now, the webpage is not showing any past chats nor is anything functioning. Earlier, I could see the past chats, but when I opened any of them I could not see the ChatGPT responses. I have disabled all extensions, have cleared the cache, and restarted Firefox several times but the problem persists.

The problem is specific to using Firefox, as both the ChatGPT phone app and the Chrome browser ChatGPT page work.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

I am unable to follow instructions for activating Backup in Firefox. I don't even have a Manage Backup button. What I have in its place is:

Hi I just saw the new info on backing up my Firefox data. It sounded good, so I tried it. However I do not see 'Manage Backup'. Instead it asks 'Choose backup file'. I have never knowingly backed up Firefox, so I do not know where this backupfile is located... How can I find it? How do I create a new backup file? Many thanks An

I am trying to create a backup of FireFox for moving from a Windows 10 machine to a new Windows 11 machine. The instructions for creating a backup don't make any sense.

--- Click the main menu, and go to Settings. Select Sync. Scroll down to Backup, and click Manage backup. Choose the location to save the backup file. ---

When I click the Main Menu, go to Settings, Select Sync, there is no Backup listed. If I search for the term "Backup", this is the result: "Sorry! There are no results in Settings for “backup”. Need help? Visit Firefox Support".

Syncing is on, so I am assuming that FireFox is being backup?? Or am I missing something somewhere?
