Hi everyone,

I’m facing a strange issue with Firefox and need some help.

When I try to use Firefox normally, it sometimes opens but doesn’t load pages properly or gets stuck on a blank screen. I’ve already checked my internet connection and it’s working fine in other browsers.

I also tried restarting Flixfox and clearing cache, but the issue still comes back randomly.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what could be causing this? Any guidance would be really appreciated.

I have been having issues where I am unable to access the website: www.loki.ch. This is the web site for a Swiss railway magazine. I have always been able to access it previously, but haven't used it now for a few months. However this week when I've tried, I'm blocked access to it (see the attached screen shots). I do note that since I had previously access the web site, there have been updates to Firefox. However, when trying to use either Edge or Google Chrome, they also block me, but just say that unable to access the web site, nothing mentioned about being "Not Secure" as Firefox does. It's not a web site where you have to log in and/or use passwords. Contacting the magazine by Facebook messenger yields no response from them. Posting the issue on a Facebook group, other users have responded that they can access it (one was from Slovenia and the other in the UK). One mentioned issues from Australia where I am. It's not a dangerous or suspect web site, simply a magazine about Swiss Model Trains. I have tried adjusting settings to exempt it in Settings - no change. Not a anti virus issue. None of the suggestions in the FAQ have exactly the same scenario in the screen shots attached.

Surely there has to be some way to bypass whatever is in Firefox Security preventing me from accessing this web site?

I saw that Firefox offers a free VPN with 50 GB per month. However, when I try to sign in and activate it, I only see subscription options. How can I access the free version?

Whether or not I activate the "weather" display (top right of home screen), the blank space above the FF logo remains.

I have 4 shortcut rows displayed and have to scroll down so that I see the bottom row - this is a pain. If I could eliminate the blank "weather space" above the FF logo, my home screen would display all 4 rows properly i.e., no need to scroll up and down.

Every since Firefox updated, I have not been able to list on my Ebay store. I can list on my phone and if I am using Chrome, but not Firefox. I need to be able to work on my Ebay account. Please advise what I can do. I keep getting an error message from Ebay This is the error message:

Some Firefox update recently put that huge banner of wasted space with a Firefox logo on the top of my Home Page. Before we could go into config and take it away, but no more. This giant banner is invisible, but pushes all my tiles linking to saved pages well below the window of my laptop. Weird choice, and apparently, everyone hates it. Please good people of Mozilla, rethink this nonsense. This is a FEEDBACK, from a long longtime user and admirer of Mozilla, and a yearly donator. Have pity.

How can someone give feedback to Mozilla, not to the "help forum" per se? I want to let Mozilla know I do not like the Firefox logo with its surrounding invisible banner that takes up two-thirds of my home page and pushes my medallions or icons thingies of saved links so far down that they are most invisible. This makes no sense and is unpopular, I have been able to take it off the Home Page, but no linger can go into the config to change it appearing. The web is abuzz with unhappy users over this new update. I want to tell Mozilla, but all I can get is the Forum, which I assume is full of other Firefox users like me, and not "Deciders". Suggestions?

I'm suppose to see a sparkle button, and I recall having seen it on my desktop, but it's disappeared. I do have accounts with both Anthropic and ChatGAPT, I'd like to access them from the side bar, not a tab. How do I get that sparkle button back?

The VPN only accepts exact domain names. Wildcards and regular expressions are not supported.

Expected results:

It should be possible to:

   Use wildcard patterns (e.g., *.ru) or regular expressions to exclude groups of domains
   Define more specific rules that override general patterns (e.g., exclude *.ru but allow a specific domain within that zone)

This would provide more flexible and practical control over VPN routing.

I am unable to turn VPN on or select a location. This appears to have started after the latest Foxfire update. Are there any steps I can take to correct this issue?

New Tab page Top Sites layout breaks at high UI scaling (150–170%). Tiles are pushed too far down and become partially off-screen. The grid does not remain vertically centered and does not scale properly with increased zoom or DPI scaling. At 170% scaling, several tiles are not visible without scrolling. i am use version 151.0.1 last i open browser an watch here

Hi, I’ve been experiencing slow startup times in Firefox, especially when I have my Time calculator web app open. The browser takes longer to load and sometimes becomes unresponsive.

I cannot log into my account and synchronize my data, logins and passwords. I downloaded the latest version of the browser on the official website. Below I will send screenshots proving that there are no buttons or anything that would indicate at least the slightest login to your account. BUT YOU'RE SHOVING YOUR ****** AI BOT EVERYWHERE.

151.0.1 (64-bit) on Windows 10 64 bit, both up to date. With the 5 extensions that I have firefox is essentially unusable, taking in excess of 5 minutes to open a website. Considering the array of browsers available today (I could list 12 that are also installed on my device) and Mozilla seem to be hell bent on ignoring the fact that the browser is unusable with extensions (as indicated by the number of people highlighting issues, yet solution provided as opening the browser in safe mode with extensions disabled) why I, or anyone else that is using even one extension, persists with FF?

Well, the 7 minutes has passed and duckduckgo dot com has finally opened, so I shall be on my merry, strike that, miserable way.
