Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with Google Voice in Firefox where I am unable to send DTMF tones (touch-tone signals) using the keypad during an active call. This means I cannot navigate automated phone menus (IVRs) or input PIN codes when required.
Issue Details:
When I press the numbers on my keyboard or the on-screen dial pad during a call, no tones are recognized by the receiving system. The issue occurs only in Firefox. The same function works fine in other browsers like Chrome. I have confirmed that my microphone and audio settings are working properly. WebRTC is enabled (media.peerconnection.enabled = true in about:config). The issue persists even in a fresh Firefox profile with no extensions enabled.
