Past 2 weeks I have been unable to open up puzzles on jigidi.com. Says unable to open puzzle. it goes to grey screen and has an x mark on the add on. pls help

I have played this using firefox as my browser for a couple of years. Now, for 2 weeks, I've had to go to Internet Explorer to open up the puzzles. Firefox sends me to a grey page that says add on with an x with link to "manage add ons". I reset Firefox and disabled all add ons, but I can't find the add on for jigidi.com. How do I determine what that is?
