I keep getting suggestions to upgrade but the scan says incompatibility with my paid version (Avast PRO) I will not sacrifice security from viruses for "bells and whistles" Also if you have overcome this issue I am un aware I really could use a printable step by step instructions for idiots like me. Also I am having issues with Facebook Upload of pictures with message never completes)but that is not as important. I have always had very good performance with Fire Fox till now. I have tried and tried to contact you for months now but never hear back. I hope this gets to someone who could help. Thank you.
