I installed the update for Firefox. I exited system as instructed. After completion I clicked on the Firefox icon but nothing happened. So I opened the Firefox icon and clicked OPEN, again nothing happened. I tried this several times but nothing happened. I then deleted Firefox from my computer. I exited system. I then entered system and tried the icon again, it did nothing. I went into the Firefox Help for answers. I tried everything that Help asked me to do. I did not find the answer so I am now hoping to get help from you.
