How to tell if Firefox is installed correctly. I can't uninstall Comodo Internet Security as it says I may not be correctly connected

I am trying to uninstall Comodo Internet Security, but I keep getting the message that I should check to see if Firefox is installed correctly. Also, to see if Firefox is in Safe Mode, which it is not. I don't know how to do this. I even bought a program to help uninstall hard to uninstall programs and it can't get it off, either. I bought Perfect Uninstaller.
