Close private tab notification would never disappear on nightly

After some updates. The close private tab notification would not disappear with only a new tab in the private session. Swiping the notification would instantly spawn it back. Is anyone know how to fix this instead permanently disable this notification since it is quite useful?

I'm on Firefox nightly android 159.0a1
