Hi sdeide, I am sorry to hear that sound has gone away in Firefox on Windows 10. Let's try to fix it. Please first check the application sound settings in Windows 10.

In Windows 10, the Volume Mixer is still used.

However if this still goes not work can you please post two videos where this is happening. I would liketo test if its the File type.
