I've just subscribed to the VPN, but I can't log in. I get as far as inputting my email when a red box appears saying "missing parameter: email. This is the Gmail address I use for most things, and it is the one associated with my mozilla account, and I have received the confirmation emails for my subscription there too. It seems that I can't use the VPN and I can't cancel it either, as I have to do that from within the app itself. Any ideas anyone?

Please uninstall the application from your device and then try download and re-install it again from mozilla.org.

Before you do this please make sure that you are on the latest version on your device and that there are no updates outstanding.

Please also try set Firefox as your default browser when logging in and clear cookies and cache.
