I have been having hangs and crashes every day starting after 11:00 am Eastern and going through around 12 or 1:00. I have no scans or scheduled or running at this time. I has been happening since Dec 7, 2017. Here are 3 examples of crashes, they don't include the hangs that take several minutes

Most Crashes (not all) are from below problems.......

See if you can find updates for your Intel(R) HD Graphics as they are unknown yrs old :driverDate: 7-19-2011 You can Google Intel(R) HD Graphics and find the download page https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics-Drivers, but you may have to know what generation chipset you are using. CPU-Z would tell you this https://www.cpuid.com/ Can also try : https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html I see several errors in the drivers. Old & corrupted Drivers cause a wide range of issues. Please keep them updated to prevent issues and you never know when Intel will stop supporting them.

This far out of date a new card is warranted

You could try this please : Go the Menu then Tools --> Options --> Performance and untick everything. change the recommended size lower then see how it runs. Note: 0 = No Multi-processor = slow again. TRY 2 Restart Firefox after making these changes please.

If still need to if above does not work : Please Submit your bp- files as a URL directions to do so please follow : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-crashes-asking-support Send last 2 only.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
