Where is the secondary email option mentioned in the article "Change primary email address on Firefox Accounts"?

The linked article (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/change-primary-email-address-firefox-accounts) says you can set up a secondary email for your Sync account in your account settings page, and after that you can change the primary email account if you wish, but I do not find the option.

The only options that are appearing in my account settings page are: account picture, display name, devices & apps, password and delete account (I attach an screen-shot).

I'm running Firefox 55.0.2 on Ubuntu 14.04LTS (64 bits).

Thanks in advance for your help.

PS: I had to edit this question because it seems the form did not accept my PNG file, so... Instead, in a second try, I uploaded a JPG file...

Have you tried reloading that page from the server? {Ctrl + F5} while viewing that page.

I am on Windows 7 with an old Firefox 47.0.1 version and I get that Secondary email box. I haven't checked out how that new feature works, so I haven't seen the "verification" screen as shown in that support article.

My guess is an Ubuntu build of Firefox doesn't have that feature available.

Hi the-edmeister,

Thanks for your help.

Yes, before publish my "question" I already did what you suggest and I also tried to open my account in a new and clean browser profile user. None of those worked for me...

Today, miraculously, without doing anything, the secondary email section has appeared but with no option to do precisely what explains the article I mentioned and linked. I mean: I still cannot change the primary email because there is no button for that.

Even more, there is a significant difference between your screen-shot and my account settings page: I'm not getting the "Communication preferences section" that we can see in your screen-shot. Very weird...

I really hope that's not the problem... I would like to think that Mozilla does not treat Linux and it's most known "distro" as a second class citizen...

The ability to use secondary email is not available on Android or Linux!!!
