Why cant I watch videos with Flash 21 installed?

When I have the latest version of Flash installed, Firefox will not display some videos. When I uninstall the Flash player, they work fine. What is the fix for this?

Does it work normally if you test with a fresh profile? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
