Ik logde een vraag over slepen van bijlagen naar een e-mail dat niet werkt en op advies van de moderator Mark Heijl voegde ik mijn info toe aan een reeds gemelde bug. Wat mij nu wel niet duidelijk is is hoe het nu verder gaat. Wanneer weet ik wanneer de bug aangepakt wordt, opgelost is? Kan ik eventueel nog extra informatie geven om die bug te helpen bekijken? Is er ergens een time-line met welke bugs wanneer zullen bekeken worden? Kan iemand mij hier wat info over geven?

I tried to download Thunderbird but it seems that I need to have another email client to install Thunderbird. It asks for verification but I need another email client to verify who I am . And even if I want Mozilla answer they are a secret also. I am tired of dealing with Microsoft but it seems Mozilla/thunderbird have similar problems. The problem of verification are awful at Microsoft and it also seems to be a problem with you also. So where do I get my questions asked?

Dear Sir We had recently installed fire fox, trying to import outlook data for same POP account with same password, but firefox showing importing data folders also created, but no progress seems. can you suggest some solutions.

En inscrivant dans la barre de recherche " mozilla forum " j'ai toujours obtenu la page avec deux fenêtres pour y inscrire le pseudo et le mot de passe. J'ai passé tout l'après-midi, en vain,  pour retrouver cette page. Pourriez-vous m'indiquer le chemin pour retrouver cette page. En tâtonnant  j'ai obtenu une page dans laquelle j'ai inscrit mon adresse mail et autre difficulté mon mot de passe n'a pas été reconnu. Aurais-dû utiliser le mot de passe du forum ou le mot de passe de mon adresse r.......l@orfange.fr

Just received an email asking for financial support for Thunderbird. Happy to help, as T'bird is great, but was wondering if I can just make a monthly payment to cover both Firefox and Thunderbird? If so, where would I go on the site? Dave

I use Mailwasher to see incoming emails waiting for me at my ISP. That way I can delete iffy emails before they get on my pc. Over the last few months I have been having occasional problems where emails I have accepted can take a long time getting onto my pc when I get Thunderbird to download them. Sending emails can also sometimes take a long time to go.

My unreliable memory tells me I have asked about this before, but have had no response yet. I would like to trace my old questions to remind me exactly what I asked (or just think I asked). How can I do that?

PS I'm not sure I have picked the best topic for this
