I have been quite unable to view comments on www.telegraph.co.uk. The page simply does not appear when I click 'comments'. I have done a Firefox back to defaults refresh which was successful but no joy. After a look around the internet for solutions I installed Chrome which worked first time and has continued to. Why does Firefox fail? Thanks

Default homepage is yahoo. Since the update to version 149, if I do a search from yahoo, the new tab that opens with the search result is blank most of the time. I have to click reload for the search results to show up.

Is anybody else having that problem? Seems to be yahoo search specific but not 100% sure.

My personal laptop was being repaired, and I was using my mom's old laptop until mine was fixed. I logged out of her Mozilla account on that laptop and signed into my own. Now that I have my personal laptop back, all of my passwords, bookmarks, and extensions are mixed in with all of hers. I don't know what to do, and I'm worried that if I remove bookmarks from my account, it'll create a domino effect that results in a catastrophic Mother's Day.... Please help, I'm not good with technology, I'm just a geology major.

after i turn on location in settings, i keep getting a notification that my shared experiences needs fixing and i need to put in my PIN every time. but if location is off, i stop getting the shared experiences problem.

After latest update Firefox Developer Edition 151.0 Beta 4 I noticed much slower website loading while using few containers at the same time and overall more lag. Before the update everything was great and smooth I hope it's gonna get fixed soon.

I just purchased this laptop, supposedly running W11. Since installing FF on it, I have been having two windows open. The first is listed as original profile. Either a few seconds later or some time later, another window opens. With it, a VPN opens. The best I can tell, the original profile may or may not have a VPN open.

I actually prefer the second one, since it is most like the W10 FF I had. The original is blank except for the FF search window.

Why is this happening?

Also, please be patient and treat me like a newbie. It took a long time for me to get W10 and this is completely new to me. Even basic things are taking time to find now.

I was gifted with the latest upgrade, and all of my passwords and bookmarks have been lost. I signed in with both of my primary emails, and both are acting as if they are new accounts.

After the last update, the app does not keep the tabs I had open before I closed it, despite the fact that I have had this setting enabled in the settings for as many years as I have been using the browser. Don’t ruin the programs when you update them. You drive away the people who support you because you create disruption.

Hello and I hope not goodbye, but this seems to be the first time I have come across a Firefox update. Usually a bad update from Windows causes me problems. Why is Firefox updating their browser? Is it as full of weak security!

Recently my system updated Firefox to version 149.0.2. It works great! However, it will not display my homepage which is yahoo.com. I can go to any other website and everything is normal. But when I click on the little house for "Homepage" it briefly displays and then goes blank.

This does not happen when I use a different browser.

Please advise.

I have noticed that since around Friday, April 24th, 2026, that Youtube videos will sometimes refuse to load properly. The page for the video will come up, but buttons on the page will not load, and nor will the video. This started happening around mid-day, when prior to it, things had been fine. At first I thought it might be tied into the 'ambient mode' option on Youtube itself., But even after shutting that off, I found it was still happening at ranodm.

Is this something new Yotube is doing in their continued (idiotic) fight against ad blockers, or is there an actual glitch in the browser or, more likely, a glitch in Youtube? Like I said, this seems to occur at random and I can't trace the cause for it. I'll include a screenshot of what I'm seeing. But if anyone knows what's happening here, I'd appreciate it.

I should add that I am on Windows 11 and using the new version 150.0 for Firefox. (Congrats on that, by the way.)

I'll be honest, I keep hearing some other browser can block youtube ads innately. (Brave, I think it was called?) and while the idea is cool, I'm not giving up a browser I've used for over 20 years for it. If Firefox can find a way to implement a similar means of blocking Youtube ads innately, I;d love it. But for now, I just wanna know what the devil is happening with the site. Can anyone help?

Since updating to version 150 (and 150.0.01) my title bar is missing. Sure, I CAN get it back with F11 (2 times) but it is annoying to have to do that every single time I start FF.

There is no longe an option (to checkmark or remove checkmark) in the right-click menu to show the title bar. (it used to be an option) I want the option to have it there permanently, or not. It should be up to me, not some dev somewhere that does not like it.

Hi there, I no longer have access to my primary email and I do not have a secondary one. How can I change it and add the secondary one? Thanks in advance for any help.
