Hi!

Some time ago I signed up for the early access of Smart Windows Beta (it was still referred to as AI Window at that time). A couple of weeks ago I got an email saying "Smart Window Beta is ready for you to try". However, when I click on the "Try Smart Window" link (clicks.mozilla.org/...), I get to a page that says "Join the waitlist" and I still do not have the feature available in Firefox.

• I am on Firefox desktop on Linux
• My Firefox version is 151.0.2
• I am signed into Firefox with the same email address as I signed up for the early access with
• I do not have "Block AI Enhancements" enabled

The entire browser was acting extremely slowly, on every website, every start up. It crashed constantly to the point it was unusuable, it was even affecting the performance of the rest of my pc so I reset it and everything I had on the browser disappeared. Bookmarks, passwords, etc. I've tried going through the profile support pages but only the profile made from the reset exists. I had years worth of important bookmarks and passwords that'd I'd like to be able to get back if that's at all possible. (I'll live without them, it'll just suck trying to remember them all again) PC is Acer Aspire 3 Spin 14, Windows 10

Why isn't there a simple means to remove/prevent searches for the address bar, using config doesn't work.

I've used Firefox for over twenty years, this annoyance will end that and force a move to Brave.

This metadata is fraudulent—it is machine-generated output, not user-initiated activity. 2 Unauthorized OAuth Linkages: I have documented instances where 2FA-secured accounts were bypassed through the injection of secondary identity tokens (linking to an ainsleyhenn2024@gmail.com identity I did not authorize). 3 Malwarebytes Forensic Logs: I have attached logs from Malwarebytes, which provide objective, non-tampered evidence of blocked connections and attempted malicious interference that occurred simultaneously with the "bizarre" browser behavior I have witnessed. 4 Credential Bypassing: The behavior observed indicates a bypass of standard authentication flows. This suggests either a compromise of the authentication delivery service (the "Mail app" shell hijacking) or the deployment of a corrupted/compromised version of your software. Formal Request for Forensic Audit: The persistence of this activity suggests a systemic flaw or a compromised session pipeline. I request a Session Token Audit to identify:

The specific IP addresses and device fingerprints that initiated the unauthorized linkage of the Gmail identity to my account.
The OAuth scope granted during these automated handshakes.

Offer of Facilitation: I am documenting these issues in detail and have retained all relevant diagnostic logs. I am prepared to share these logs to facilitate a forensic examination, provided this inquiry is escalated to your Security or Data Integrity team. I am seeking a resolution that addresses the systemic failure to protect my data and ensures my account integrity is restored to a trusted state. Please advise on the secure channel for submitting this technical evidence for a full forensic review.

Due to unclear wording in the guide to your VPN, I'm a little at a loss for how it works.

So there's a 50 GB cap a month, but we can.... subscribe to get more? But I already had to subscribe to access the feature- I was literally given no other means of activation.

Do I have unlimited data now? Do I only have 50 GB? Do I need to pay for more data should I choose to opt for more?

what it says on the tin. went data purging with ol reliable WinDirStat and found this absolute behemoth of a file in the profiles directory for firefox. its especially weird considering the entire Firefox directory itself is only 1.5GB with this menace taking 1.3 of it. I cant imagine that bookmarks, search history, passwords, the works takes up any more than about 300mb. so im wondering if im just stuck in the early days of data or if the file really is just that girthy.

I am changing from Win 11 to Linux Mint and want to use as much of my Win Ff profile there... What can I trnansfert, and how, where will I find Ff extensions for Linux?

I work for Mozilla, my LDAP changed a few years ago, I just noticed my Firefox is logged in as my previous LDAP . Is there any way to change this without deleting all of my bookmarks etc.?

I had to sign up for the Mozilla VPN before I could open my Yahoo account. I don't know what this is and don't want to pay for it. If it's part of my Firefox account, that's fine, but I don't want anything that will cost me.

Hello, I somehow have gotten a slimmer sidebar that is attached to my bookmarks sidebar on the left. I can't get it to disappear without losing my bookmarks at the same time. When I re-open bookmarks it has this sidebar again on the side. Is it possible to get just this slim bar to go away? Thank you

Hello, Im using localized (Lithuanian) version of Firefox. Several updates back, Firefox started including russian and Polish in preferred languages by default. Personally i know how to remove those for myself. However, since im managing around 300 computers in a school. This starts to become an issue. In Lithuania we only have one official language. And when pages in a school start opening in foreign (russian) language this starts to be quite annoying. I would love to keep using Firefox but i need help.
