I already went into safe mode but I had the same problem. I can get into my bank account but try to go to BillPay and it is loading forever. AT SwansonVitamins I do search for a product and it comes up with blank page and will not show any data or do anything. Nextdoorand Picknsave do not come up at all. Some other sites work but are very slow. I can get to those sites with Chrome.

Sir, I am a court staff. I am using DCMS portal everyday for my office use. unfortunately I cannot login in DCMS portal via my this PC since yesterday night I can login DCMS portal through my phone using same user id and password. .Please solve this issue at the earliest.

Firefox is continually emptying my toolbar folders of bookmarks. I am forced to open "Help and Report," then choose "More Trouble Shooting Information" then open "Profile Folder" then close Firefox then select "Places.sqlite" delete it then restart Firefox and the folders are repopulated with the removed bookmarks. To date no one has offered any support. This happens multiple times per week. I cannot be the only one this is happening to. Someone please offer a permanent solution. I have removed then reinstalled Firefox a dozen times and the situations persists. I have a Win 11 Home OS

When I in Firefox try to print a page from Google Kalender (Swedish), it just turns out blank. All other kinds of printouts , e.g. Word, web pages, etc., works fine. This problem started some weeks ago. Please help! Thank you!

I get incessant popups that a virus has been detected from McAfee and to press the Delete Viruses button. I only hit the top right X to make it go away and then at least 10 more immediately pop up. How can these be removed. They even show up over other browsers as a right side popup.

Hello everyone, Until a few days ago, Firefox version 140.12.0esr included a button to "Save windows and tabs of the current! session." Unfortunately, this feature is no longer available in the current version, 152.0.1. However, for many Firefox users, saving the windows and tabs of the current! session is absolutely essential. What options are there now to resolve this issue? I would appreciate any suggestions! If there is no way to restore this feature, I, too, will unfortunately have to switch browsers after 20 years as a Firefox user. Many thanks in advance for your help and any information. How to keep an older version of firebox and eliminate a newer version?

PC amateur here and today is 9/20/2026; I am now using the next older version of Firefox which I retrieved from my desktop Firefox icon because about a year and a half ago this older version of Firefox got automatically updated to a newer version which is horrible, asking me to go through endless routines going in circles about getting me signed on with Microsoft and more and which keeps coming back every time after I login to my PC, so I have to delete it from my window and replace it with this one. What, if anything, could be done to eliminate this newer version of Firefox?

I have installed the firefox browser using a firefox installer version 18.5.0.0. However, when I try to switch to vertical tabs, they are not activating, even when I try to click the sidebar button. Attached are screenshots showing a horizontal tab view working, while the vertical tab view is not working. How can I resolve this?

When I try to save a new URL, Web Page, by clicking on the "Star" on the tool bar menu, then selection my existing folder for my chosen location it is not saved, at least most of the time. It is however saved under Recently Bookmarked and is also in Manage Bookmarks. I can force it to save by selecting Bookmarks Menu. It then is at the bottom of all my saved folder. I then can copy and paste into my folder of choice. What do I need to do to make it save to the folder of choice immediately?

Hello, When going on Gumtree the website opens but the add photos do not show photos, just blank tiles, just like on the photo file attached. I tried several data and cache cleaning, nothing works. It happens to all devices using wi-fi connection. On mobile phone using data it is OK. Parental controls for wi-fi connected devices are turned off. What else to do? Thanks much.
