Exporting Bookmarks to an HTML file

Running Firefox 4.0.1 on Windows XP and want to export bookmarks to an HTML file. The Organize Bookmarks option no longer is available. In order to access the organize features I have to choose Show All Bookmarks which brings up the Library window. I got to version 4.0.1 via upgrade like this:

3.6.x --> 4.0 --> 4.0.1

I did not try the export feature in base version 4 or the last upgrade that was available for 3.6. I think I will export my bookmarks, make a list of my addons, and then delete Firefox and do a clean install of version 4.0.1 to see if the missing organize option reappears.
