I notice some issues in your report and system information supplied. Video driver issues : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration Please try with No Hardware Acceleration.

I will say 4 gigs of ram is a little low for Win10 You may want to increase your swap fle if you have enough h/drive space to do so. Will improve performance.

MICROSOFT VIRTUAL MEMORY NOTE : YOU ENTER THE RECOMMEND SIZE THAT IS DISPLAYED IN TO BOTH EMPTY BOXES You may want to try this: Open the System Folder then Click on left side Advanced System Settings which opens System Properties click the Advanced Tab then click Performance button Settings then the Advanced Tab then Click the Change under Virtual Memory click Custom Size and Change Size to where it says Recommended Size then Click Set and then Click Apply then please Re-boot.

System - -> Advanced System Settings --> System Properties - -> Advanced Tab - -> Change Virtual Memory - -> Custom Size - -> ENTER Recommended Size - -> Set - -> Apply-- > Reboot

I have conflicting information from your provided system information says Java is not enabled but in the crash report it says it is. A new release cam out this week if have not updated please do so or reinstall. https://www.java.com/en/download/help/win_controlpanel.xml

AM getting lots of nothing with this EXCEPTION_BREAKPOINT error issue causing the crash in a few things. Some say Windows issue, some say Reinstall Firefox. So lets go with a quick check of your windows files and registry as it does not harm and if fixs stuff that's what it is supposed to do.

Repair System Registry and Files

Run the Windows Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) and System File Checker (SFC) tools as Administrator. The DISM and SFC tools scan the integrity of the Windows image and all protected system files replaces corrupted, damaged and incorrect versions.

Windows 10 To run the DISM command use the Windows key + X keyboard shortcut to open the Power User menu, then select Command Prompt (Admin). Type "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" (without quotes or copy/paste) and press Enter. While running DISM you may notice the process will appear to pause at 20%. After a few minutes the operation will continue.

(For Above/Below - Windows All Other Versions - Use Search To Find Command Prompt ** Enter CMD.exe to Find Then Right Click & Run As Admin )

To run the SFC command use the Windows key + X keyboard shortcut to open the Power User menu and select Command Prompt (Admin). Type "SFC /SCANNOW" (without quotes or copy/paste) and press Enter. For more information on using SFC, please refer to the Microsoft KB: Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files

Now if errors are found above please try Refreshing Firefox again. Alternatively you can create a new profile and see if that helps.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

And Other things is worse case I have seen is to reinstall Firefox. Instead of the stub installer this is for the full version installer. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

When multi-process windows in Firefox is enabled then Firefox will use more memory and may be less responsive.

You can try this to see if it has effect:

  • set dom.ipc.processCount to 1 if it is currently set to a higher value (4)
  • disable multi-process windows in Firefox

You can disable multi-process windows in Firefox by setting these prefs to false on the about:config page.

  • browser.tabs.remote.autostart = false
  • browser.tabs.remote.autostart.2 = false

You can open the about:config page: via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
