I need assistance with Pop ups and XUL settings on Terminal Server
What I need is simple. I have a site that relies on Remote XUL Manager which is being opened on a Terminal Server by multiple users. The users that will be using the application are not all technical and cannot be expected to go through a number of steps to select the pop-up option (Allow pop-ups for the site), then download the Remote XUL Manager plugin and then add the exception. I want to disable pop ups for the site so that the message doesn't appear, I want the Remote Manager XUL plugin to be installed without user intervention and I want a specific site to be added to the Remote Manager XUL options. I have spent a lot of time trying different options and simply cannot make the browser behave the way I want it to. Is there anyone with actual experience in getting this done that could assist me? I have tried a variety of options from the prefs.js, users.js and a firefox.config file to about:config and selecting the option there (dom.disable_open_during_load;false). Nothing seems to work as it should.
