FF only saving 7 days history even tho I'm asking for 90 days 3.6.13

I'm running FF 3.6.13 in 2 windows each with about 70 tabs open. On privacy tab, I specified custom history, and asked to save 90 days. However, it's only saving 7 days. I have another laptop running same version similarly, but with 120 tabs open in 1 window, and same history request, and that seems to be working. Addons are somewhat different on both. I notice in troubleshooting info it's saying browser expire 5 days, yet I'm specifying 90 days on options/privacy tab.

Your More system details list shows that you only keep history for 5 days: 

browser.history_expire_days  5
browser.history_expire_days.mirror 5

You can look at these prefs on the about:config page.
