Why are the groups in my Thunderbird Address book not in alphabetical order?

I have a number of groups in my Thunderbird address book. Suddenly, they are no longer in alphabetical order and I just can't find a way to put them back in alphabetical order. Someone did suggest it may be because of the version of IoS I am on, which is Big Sur 11.5.2. Has anyone else had this problem?
