Did you ever figure this one out? I am having the exact same problem and was sad to see no response to your query. Hoping maybe you figured it out on your own? Mine is windows 10, but the "get started" loop sounds exactly like what I'm experiencing.

Got a reply from them but it didn't work and haven't made any progress with them after that, they did say they are working on it so gonna give it another week or two before I delete it
