Just Re-installed Windows and Firefox. Now Firefox won't sync bookmarks, logins or anything else.

So I had to re-install windows and FireFox, I've signed into FireFox, hit Synchronize Now but nothing happens. No Logins, Bookmarks or History. My desktop Bookmarks are still on my android phone thankfully. Restarting and signing out and back in makes no difference.
