I hv an add’l iPad l’m using in addition to an mini, iPhone, laptop, and a pc. I can’t get the newer iPad to show synced tabs or bookmarks when signed in.

I hv an add’l iPad l’m using in addition to an iPad mini, iPhone, laptop, and a pc for work. All my other devices seem to be syncing ok except for the three iOS devices. I can’t get the newer 7th Gen iPad to show synced tabs or bookmarks when signed in. Synced tabs drop down is empty. I need to return one of these, iPad mini or 7th Gen iPad soon. Thanks for your help.
