How do I shut FF down so Quantum will install ?

OK , tryin` this again . Saw FF has the new Quantum . Want to install it . Did the download , but when I try to start the install , get notification that I need to shut FF down . Not sure how to do that . Have a cleaner program that lets me temporarily shut down FF browser . Went and tried install again ....same notice . Help me out here . Thanks !!

Hi please search for Windows Task Manager on your System then Find Firefox and Click then End Task.

DO not use cleaners to do anything with Firefox as it will delete your Profile as well as Program Files.

If you need to boot into Safe Mode and install or add/remove https://support.eset.com/kb2268/?locale=en_US&viewlocale=en_US

Never delete this as it is your bookmarks and passwords.

Try using a full version installer
