How do I set up thunderbird to pop gmail using AVG email scanner
I have tried the thunderbird support answers, the AVG support answers, and the gmail support answers and none of them have helped me pop my gmail account to my Thunderbird program. Can anyone find a solution to my problem? Thank you

Are you asking how to create a pop gmail mail account?
In your gmail webmail account make sure Pop forwarding has been selected.
In thunderbird: File > New > existing mail account enter email address enter password select to remember password click on 'Continue'
thunderbird will try to locate configuration check settings - is pop selected?
If settings are for IMAP, select POP and click on 'Manual config' button make sure setting are correct, you can use 'RE-test' to check. when happy, click on 'Done'
