Browser won't open into my homepage

When I open firefox it doesn't open up to my homepage(though setup correctly) It opens a browser that is blank. When I open up another browser then the new browser goes to my homepage. I looked at about:config and found this:

browser.startup.homepage;http://www.detroitlions.com/ browser.startup.homepage_override.buildID;20140212131424 browser.startup.homepage_override.mstone;27.0.1

Also these entries as well as others are in bold while the rest of the entries are not.

What is it and what do I do?

Can you check the profile folder and see if there is a user.js file, if so, delete the file.

You can check the target line in the Firefox desktop shortcut (right-click: Properties) to make sure that nothing is appended after the path to the Firefox program.
