Dear Sir, I had the previous version of Firefox and got updated to version Firefox 26....I am using the IDsafe from Symantec Internet Security and now no add-ons are available to get it running on version 26...This happened before with other versions. hello, according to norton the identity safe is already compatible with firefox versions including the current release version. please run the norton liveupdate utility repeatedly & until all components are up-to-date. in addition make sure that the addon is enabled under firefox > addons > extension afterwards.
