Why don't web pages open automatically?
I hope this is an easy one. Not sure what's happened, but when I select a website address in the browser, that page doesn't automatically open. I have to click the arrow at the far right of that field, then the page opens. How do I set this so that pages open straight away when I select a web address? Keep it simple please!

An AVG add-on for Firefox is a known cause for that issue.
Firefox button > Addons - > Extensions = disable any AVG add-ons you may have installed, then restart Firefox
