how do I clear the cache and history on Firefox

I play games at Pogo.com. Constantly I get thrown out of the game, sometimes in the middle of it. Pogo says that I have to clear the cache and history. My main browser is Mozilla. I also have Internet Explorer 7, but it gave me just headaches, so I installed Mozilla. My computer has Windows XP.

While Using Firefox Just Press "Shift + Ctrl + Del" it will be Uselful. Try it.

Yes, try what "neo2712" has said, it will remove all unwanted space covered on your hard disk, including the cache, browsing history, cookies ,etc.
