I'm having a problem with a website continuously coming up as the home website: http://search.jzip.com/

http://search.jzip.com/ keeps coming up as my home page. I do not want this as my home page and I don't ever want to use this site. Also, yahoo comes up as the search engine; I prefer google. I did go to the page info on search.jzip and blocked the set cookies; but it keeps resetting as my home page.
