Why do I not hav an organize bookmarks option in the bookmarks dropdown?

I am trying to export my bookmarks and went to the help page. I have not modified my install except for a few addons from your addon page. However, I HAVE no 'Organize Bookmarks' option on the bookmarks dropdown! What's up with that??? I am running Win 7 and Firefox 4.0.1 Further problem, on the 'Firefox Feedback' pages, the Submit Feedback buttons do nothing.

"Organize Bookmarks" has been renamed to "Show All Bookmarks" in the bookmarks menu.
