crashes
IDK, if it's "certain" websites i'm having trouble with... It just crashes! I've gone through the Q and A's, no fixes. Now I go to try to find the logged crash file and it says it can't find it even though it show the link!?

Sometimes it can take up to five minutes to pull up each Crash Report the first time it is viewed. Mozilla receives so much data that the reporting "system" uses multiple servers and until a specific report is called up for the first time it might be hard to locate across those multiple servers that may be located across the globe, and then upload it to the server where we view it from.
I have seen the occasional Crash Report get lost, but not all of them for the same user. Post some of the hyperlinks to your Crash Reports here and we'll see if one of us can pull them up.
Funny thing is it doesn't have a report for each crash. Here is the last "reported" crash: bp-6ee6ecdc-19bc-47b6-85fb-f22a72110305
Sorry, the system couldn't find that report for me either. It ran the full 5 minutes trying to find it.
Yup. And I just tried looking for the older report and it couldn't be located either.
So.....what do I do now?
Try a clean (re)install:
- Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
- Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
- Don't remove personal data if you uninstall the current version.
- It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
- It may not be necessary to create a new profile, so first try if it works with your current profile and if not then create a new profile.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere (not in the Firefox program folder) and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.
