Since FF 3.5 it really seems to crash a lot. Any way to prevent this?

I'm using FF 3.6.3 with the following add ons: Clear Private Data 0.2.3, Firebug 1.5.4, Flashblock 1.5.13, Java Console 6.0.18.0, and Java Quick Starter 1.0. Since FF 3.5 it crashes about twice a day. Any ideas?

Looks that you have a problem with the Browser cache.

You can try to delete the cache folder on your hard drive. Then Firefox can create a new cache folder. Also make sure that you do not have security software that is locking files in the cache folder.

You can find the location of the cache on the about:cache page (open that page via the location bar like a website).
