I need to save certain cookies. How do I do this?
Certain web sites want to identify my computer ass a trusted device but the cookie that does this is erased every time I shut down Firefox. Is there a way to save a cookie? For these 3 sites only.

If cookies keep disappearing after closing, go to menu > settings > privacy & security, then scroll down to "Cookies and Site Data", then make sure to uncheck Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed. If you want exceptions, click manage exceptions to customize preferences.
After that, scroll down further to the "history" section, then if the drop-down menu is set to Use custom settings for history or Never remember history, change it to Remember history.
Lastly, in the same history section, make sure "always use private browsing mode" is off. If on, it automatically discards all cookies once its closed.
