How do I disable vertical tabs

I'm spending way more time on calls daily from the same people on turning them back off.

Go into your firefox setting (three lines top right) --> click settings --> type "vertical" in the search bar --> And click horizontal tabs

That just turns them off in which then the user accidentally turns them back on and then I'm called to a desk again with "I broke firefox".

I need them disabled so they cannot be used period.
