After many attempt, I cannot complete to add-on of the IBM Security Rapport , this is important and need assistance. I cannot locate in the add-ons or extensions using Firefox. Thank You

Hello, I uninstalled and reinstalled IBM Security Rapport. However, just as before, there is no Addon or extension to be found in Firefox. Same problem I have had for over a year. Need help. Thank you
