Do you see your name or email address in the Firefox for Android menu?

I have exactly the same problem. A new laptop, which I am signed onto. An android which I am signed into. If I click on my email address, there is no sync and save button, only sync now, which doesn't join them together. Neither know the other exists.

Please help
