Latest version(s) of Firefox on my Android 16 Samsung Galaxy 25 Ultra are not happy - go to open a new tab and the entire app freezes - after about 10s I get offered the option of waiting - which does nothing, the same message reappears again 10s later - or closing the app.

Have been trying to find resolution as Firefox is my browser of choice but nothing so far besides reverting to an old build of around 140 and refusing to upgrade.

Please can this be looked at as a priority - reading up I believe a number of Samsung users are experiencing problems with the newer versions all focussed around the tab system.

Using a mouse where before the user could swipe on the address bar to switch to adjacent tabs, now there's a tab strip which does not respond to a mouse (either scroll wheel or swiping, dragging just arranges the tab) and swiping on the address bar no longer works.

Now it looks like the desktop version but doesn't work like it.

Is there a setting to fix this or is it on the roadmap?

Is there any way to revert the new UI changes in Firefox for Android Mobile? The 3 dots are barely visible, the tabs in grid view are huge and take a lot of effort with thumb movement to scroll through. We now have a lot less visible pages.

i am using honor magicpad2 today there is non sync with my keyboard and mozilla.looking for update but none .my keyboard was working well but not i cant see what i wrote .everything comes later.thanks.

My language changed and I couldn't figure out a thing

So like an idiot I decided to reinstall hoping it would auto sync back

The browser recognizes Russian on the website as English and automatically translates it into "Russian," but what it actually produces is a jumble of letters that are neither Russian nor English. Essentially, the browser is translating from Russian—which I don't need to translate, since I'm from Russia—into an incomprehensible, non-existent language. And I can't turn off automatic translation of Russian because it's not available. There's a toggle switch: "Never translate English," but that doesn't work for Russian. You can click "Never translate this site" on the website itself, but the problem is that it's for a single website. It means I have to turn off translation and reload the website every time I visit a Russian-language website. This is very inconvenient. I ask you to add an option to disable translation of an entire language, not just English or a specific website.

I love Firefox for Android but I have very bad eyesight. When I pinch to zoom the page always jumps. I feel like I've researched all quick fixes and nothing stops this. I don't want to go back to Chrome, but they're pinched to zoom works a lot better. Is there something I can do? Thank you for your help

My emails were hacked by the person who I escaped domestic violence from. My Google account was linked across devices and he accessed my linked device and had access to everything. I have changed browser and my email to Outlook. I DO NOT want anything here to be linked to my Google account!!!

I often experience errors when downloading on Firefox mobile and the download speed is slower than other browsers. I hope Firefox has a setting like parallel downloading.So that the download is faster and I also hope that there are no errors during the download process, such as when the internet is temporarily down or the internet is slow. I hope this suggestion can help.

I'm having a problem where I can't get the old menu UI back. I've done everything I could and turned off what I was supposed to to use the old menu for android but I woke up this morning and everything it back to the new UI. Everything is still turned off to make sure I was using the old menu where everything was to the right of the screen but it still won't come back up the way it's supposed to and now I don't really have a clue what to do?

Put back the menu bar!!!!!!!!! Who ever thought it was a good idea to remove it should be fired immediately. Firefox far less user friendly and useful and far less better than other browsers without it!!!! Errol Simpson

When I'm watching videos on twitch, ads are still playing even though I have ad blockers on. The blockers will work for about a day, but then the next it just doesn't block any ads anymore.

When I navigate through multiple pages on the phone, especially when the connection quality is not very good, the whole app sometimes stop loading anything.

1. Open multiple pages or SPA that would frequently make XHR requests during usage (like X/Twitter) 2. Navigate though those pages, make actions that is definitely going to initiate new http requests 3. Repeat until some contents staying in load progress 4. You'll get blank page if you open new page from now on 5. Killing the process (in app details) would reset this behavior.

Feels like there is a connection or worker thread pool that is running out of available resources.

Instructions to sync laptop win 11 pro to android phone or tablet don't work. Cannot find any way way within Android App to scan code on laptop screen.

Need another way to sync all my devices to my laptops.

2 Win 11 Pro Laptops 2 Android Phones one Android Tablet.

All show up as connected devices on my phone but none of them syncing with others.

I want all of them to sync together for FireFox tabs Settings and Passwords and logins.

From the history on Firefox in Android, I can remove a page from it by clicking on the little cross (cf first image). But this cross disappear when I'm trying to access to a specific page from the search bar... (cf second image). Is there a way I could remove some specific page from the history ?

The reason I'd like to do that is because when I want to access to a website present in the history, Firefox auto-fills by another website from it, which is not the one I'm interested in (and as I won't never go back on this second website, the simple way it to remove it from history !)

A very bad error has been going on for a while now. The browser no longer behaves correctly when using Google Search. For example, you search for "flowers." Then you search for something else, such as "cars." You open one of the car images from the search results. When you tap the back button or the X-button to close the image, Firefox jumps back to the previous search ("flowers") instead of returning to the car image results. It should return to the car results, not the earlier search!
