Firefox won't load pages other browsers will
Every couple of weeks Firefox decides it's not going to load my webpages. I've tried deleting the cookies which works, but then I have to input all my info on sites I use, and I find that very frustrating. I tried running it in troubleshoot mode, not sure exactly what did it then but it fixed temporarily, but it still keeps happening, and troubleshoot mode doesn't fix it any more

I really like Firefox and want to keep using it but this is completely unacceptable, if this keeps happening I'm going to have to uninstall it.
1. Clear Cache (Without Deleting Cookies)
Instead of deleting all cookies, you can clear just the cache:
Click on the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the upper right corner. Go to Settings (or Options). Scroll down to Privacy & Security. Under the Cookies and Site Data section, click on Clear Data. Uncheck the box for Cookies and Site Data and leave the box for Cached Web Content checked, then click Clear.
2. Disable Extensions
Sometimes, extensions can interfere with webpage loading:
Click on the menu button and go to Add-ons and Themes. Disable all extensions by toggling them off. Restart Firefox and see if the issue persists. If it resolves the issue, enable the extensions one by one to identify the culprit.
3. Check Proxy Settings
Incorrect proxy settings can cause loading issues:
Click on the menu button and go to Settings. Scroll down to Network Settings and click on Settings. Ensure that No proxy or Use system proxy settings is selected, depending on your preference.
4. Refresh Firefox
Refreshing Firefox can fix many issues by restoring it to its default state while saving your essential information:
Click on the menu button, go to Help, and select More Troubleshooting Information. Click on the Refresh Firefox button.
5. Update Firefox
Make sure you are using the latest version of Firefox:
Click on the menu button, go to Help, and select About Firefox. Firefox will check for updates and install them if available.
6. Check for Malware
Sometimes, malware can interfere with browser functionality:
Run a full system scan using your antivirus software. Consider using a dedicated malware removal tool to check for any unwanted software.
7. Create a New Profile
If the issue persists, creating a new Firefox profile can help:
Type about:profiles in the URL bar and press Enter. Click on Create a New Profile, follow the prompts, and then launch the new profile.
8. Reinstall Firefox
If none of the above solutions work, you may consider uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox. Make sure to back up your bookmarks and any important data before doing so. 9. Check Firefox Support
If the problem continues, you can check the Mozilla Support Forum for additional help or to report the issue.
