Accces to the browser
I use Firefox as my browser but since yesterday I am unable to use it. Each time I click on the firefox icon I am directed to a French Microsoft browser - are you able to help?

Hi John, do you think your home page might have been changed? This article has information on checking that setting:
It's also worth testing the new tab page, Ctrl+T, to see what is going on with that page. If you don't see the built-in Firefox Home page, it's possible that an add-on is replacing the page. If you press Ctrl+i to call up the Page Info dialog on the page, what is the address of the page?
