Firefox won't print on Canon TR8620 printer

I've installed a Canon TR8620 printer. It works with PC (Word, Excel, etc), but won't print Web Pages. The print dialogue box wants to send to Fax, which I don't want. If I select the regular printer, the dialogue box dims out. Canon says it's a software issue. Help!

Hi, just to confirm, this problem is in Firefox for Windows, and not Firefox for iPhone/iPad? Assuming so, a moderator can move your question.

Correct. Windows 10. Since posting, I tried resetting Firefox Printer Settings (Menu/Troubleshoot/Printing/Clear saved print settings), now it won't even open a Print Preview! Maybe I need to do a complete Firefox re-install?
