I use Outlook email. I have setup the correct SMTP servers for input and output. However, when I start TB, it asks me for the password for some other Microsoft server which I don't use. It is outlook.office365.com. How can I stop this message?

The correct settings are outlook.office365.com on 993 (IMAP) or 995 (POP) for the incoming, SSL/TLS security, authentication = normal password, User Name = email address; smtp.office365.com on 587 for the outgoing, STARTTLS security, authentication = normal password, User Name = email address. If you currently have some other server, such as imap-mail.outlook.com, you may be redirected to the ones stated above. If you have two-step verification on the account, create an app password and use it in TB instead of the account password.
