Is 59.2 a possible typo and you mean 52.9.0 ?

You appear to be on the Windows XP platform and Firefox 52.9.0 is the last Firefox version for Windows XP.

Current Firefox releases require Windows 7 and newer. Users on Windows XP and Vista have been moved to the Firefox 52 ESR version.
