My hard drive is crashing. I switched to my admin user in a quick clean up effort, yet when I opened Firefox, it does not have me logged in. No problem... or so I thought. My password did not work. Though I did not want to reset everything, it was in moving to that option I realized my email address is misspelled. It has one letter in it that is wrong. I believe I have a second email address in the system, yet without being able to log-in, I am stuck. I cannot find a way to submit a ticket for help as with other sites. Does anyone have the answer?

If there were a customer support option, I would have called, given a myriad of info as to my identity and hopefully had that ONE letter (behind the number) removed to access the account.

My computer issue is that the hard drive is crashing. For security reasons, I used a separate user not the administrator. On my user the past five-plus years, I cannot see a thing and an unable to access anything as the screen is black. If I could, I would change my password and correct the spelling of the email address.

Adding... I will not receive anything sent via email due to the error in the spelling.
