I have installed the YouGov Pulse add-on, authorised it, etc., but each time I close the browser it deletes the add-on and I have to go through the hassle of reinstalling it. This is not happening on any other browser, so perhaps you could get your shit together and actually function?

Are you completing the entire installation process by going in and accepting the terms after you enable it? That could be why it's deleting it from Firefox after you close it.

Yes, I’m even getting the final screen on page 4 of your attachment, but, having now closed Firefox for the night, if history repeats itself tomorrow I’ll have to reinstall it yet again.

Does the Windows application remain installed?

If you do have further issues, contact YouGov support https://yougov.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new as there is not a support FAQ entry for your problem, and it is unlikely in my experience that Firefox is uninstalling the add-on. I have only seen add-ons disabled or uninstalled during a Firefox update when the extension or add-on is no longer compatible and does not have an updated version available.
