If you have forgotten your master password, you must reset it.

Warning: Resetting your master password will remove all of your saved usernames and passwords.

In the Firefox location bar, enter the following location:

chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xul

Press Enter.

The "Reset Master Password" page will appear. Click the Reset button, to reset your master password.

You can create a backup of the logins.json and key3.db files in the profile folder in case you remember the MP before resetting the master password.

Did you ever use the master password?

If not then try to rename or remove the secmode.db file in the Firefox profile folder.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
