Hi, the taskbar with clock in the System Tray, should be visible when using Firefox - you may be in Full Screen Mode: Point to the top of the screen, then right click > Exit Full Screen Mode. You can also press the F11 key, but depending on the configuration of your computer, you may also need to hold down Fn at the same time. More - Use Firefox in Full Screen mode.

The Full Screen button should also be in the 3-bar menu. More - Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars.

I have no idea if I'm in Full Screen...using FF 52.1.0. esr (32-bit). As I understand your instructions, when I do your instructions...the screen gets really big,etc...NOT good. The trouble isn't worth it...thanks anyway. I'll just turn my head and look at the clock on my microwave.
