Everytime a page with flash video is opened, unresponsive script errors pop up and loops itself with this message over and over to where I have to manually kill the program through task manager. Have uninstalled firefox and flash, turned off protected mode, turned off hardware acceleration, done everything I can find in your data base and nothing works, resetting/ refreshing, nothing. I've had with with this program, chrome is my next stop, been fighting this all day and I have work to do. Kind of hard to do when the program is unresponsive as it tries to load the player with all of it's resources. I have changed it to ask to operate so I can at least get some things done, but would like to watch flash stuff when I come to it. This is crazy. Just happened with the last updates. Windows update doesn't work either, probably something similar to this, I don't know.

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

Please follow these instructions;

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then reinstall the latest version.

Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.
